Vadim Kazanskiy began his career in floristry in 2004. He gained vast experience by competing regularly in the Siberian Cup for Professional Floristry, the Russian Cup for Professional Floristry and in the International Land Art Festival.
Vadim is based in Siberia where he runs his own school but he’s also an experienced teacher at workshops and shows in Russia, Lithuania, Poland, Belgium, Spain and Mexico.
He tells us that “My whole life is connected with flowers and, together with a wonderful team of professionals, we teach people at my own floristry school, I set up various projects and learn more from well-known florists. I see flowers as high art and believe that my passion towards floristry helps me to show this to others.” We love this way of teaching and thinking!
Vadim has been a permanent participant of the Land Art Festivals since 2012. He loves Land Art and does his best to make a wider audience aware of it and its lasting tendencies too.
He has a wonderful warmth that radiates from him as he works and his sheer joy at meeting the growers and seeing their flowers was magical!
